Steps involved in the photo ministry:
1) Check the church calendar on the website to determine events happening each month. Email
photographers to ensure that most of these events will be photographed by one of them.
2) Photographers send you the pictures digitally. You select 8 to 12 photos representing this
month’s events.
3) You send those photos digitally to be developed. At the same time you send these photos to the
webmaster for display on the church’s website.
4) The photos are picked up and displayed on a bulletin board in the narthex for all to enjoy. The
webmaster will also have them displayed.
Some seasons will have many more events than others. Before Christmas, there can be more events that could be covered. Summer will have fewer events.
