Responsibilities for worship and pastoral care will be shared with the existing full-time minister. The successful candidate will have a passion for faith development, youth and community relationships. A key responsibility is the encouragement of Christian development, both in the congregation and in the community. With the support of a strong and active congregation, this position will also require leadership responsibilities in the church’s participation in community outreach and in initiatives involving environmental and ecological stewardship. 

The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, collaborative, enjoy working with all age groups and will embrace the natural beauty of the Canadian Shield in Ontario’s traditional cottage country.
